The hotel is in the historic center of Leuven, close to everything. Nice staff, OK facilities, delivers on the general expectations for the brand : a budget accommodation.

Clean hotel with very friendly staff. Perfect for seeing Leuven as its rather close to the central square. 15 min walk to trainstation. Check in and out and communication very easy and quick.

The hotel is in a great location, easy to get to from the railway station, via bus, taxi or on foot. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The main sights, bars, cafes restaurants are within five minute walk and the are coffee shops, bar, restaurants all around the hotel as well as two shops.

We went to the wrong Ibis (train station) the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Once we got to the correct hotel, the member of staff was brilliant. So friendly and happy to help. The room was clean and everything was comfortable. Would stay here again.

The location is perfect, minutes away from major attractions and a 20 min walk to the train station. Staff is very helpful. The rooms are rather small and basic, as expected from a 3 star place in the old town.

Perfect location near the heart of Leuven, with a parking which helps since parking can be an issue in the centre. Small but convenient and clean room and decent breakfast.

The staff was super friendly and very efficient at check in. I had my key card and was in my room in no time. The room was small, but it had everything I needed. I slept well. The bed was comfy enough.

We are currently on a 1700km bicycle tour from Utrecht to Munich. Every night we are staying in hotels and often the are IBIS Hotels. I wish to bring to your attention the excellent service we have had at the IBIS Leuven. We were fortunate to encounter Githa at the front desk. Her English skills were excellent. This knowledgeable, professional and friendly lady was able to assist us in all our travel needs. First she arranged for secure overnight bicycle storage for us, it’s a long walk back to Canada if our bikes go missing. Secure overnight storage is very important to the success of our adventure. Second she assisted us in taking the bikes to the secure bike lockup. Third we needed laundry service and she assisted us in locating and providing map directions to the laundry facility. We were easily able to find it with her assistance. Fourth we needed a bike shop to fix a mechanical problem with one of the bikes, again she helped us by locating and directing us to a local shop that helped us solve the mechanical problem. Fifth, she has us full information on how to join the Ibis program and get 10% off future bookings. She has great knowledge of the services in the local area, she speaks excellent English and she was kind and patient with us. She did all this while maintaining a friendly, professional and courteous manner. Vary rarely do I encounter hotel employees who take such great care of their guests. When I do, I always like to say a huge thank you for a job well done. I have travelled by bicycle in Europe for seven years, staying at IBIS and other hotels. I have to say Githa’s commitment to customer service is the best I’ve encountered. Please pass along my deepest appreciation and thanks to Githa for a job well done.
