I was quite pleased with its location and the friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently situated, and the staff members were welcoming and attentive.

The hotel is in the historic center of Leuven, close to everything. Nice staff, OK facilities, delivers on the general expectations for the brand : a budget accommodation.

The hotel is in a great location, easy to get to from the railway station, via bus, taxi or on foot. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The main sights, bars, cafes restaurants are within five minute walk and the are coffee shops, bar, restaurants all around the hotel as well as two shops.

The location is perfect, minutes away from major attractions and a 20 min walk to the train station. Staff is very helpful. The rooms are rather small and basic, as expected from a 3 star place in the old town.

The staff was super friendly and very efficient at check in. I had my key card and was in my room in no time. The room was small, but it had everything I needed. I slept well. The bed was comfy enough.
